ABA BEARS is a California corporation and an at-will employer.  ABA BEARS conducts reference checks for all employees. As required by law, all ABA BEARS staff undergo criminal background checks via Live Scan fingerprinting and need to be cleared by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to work with children. In addition, all staff must be cleared of active Tuberculosis (TB).

Behavior Therapists

Behavior Therapists provide 1:1 in-home, school-based, and/or community-based behavior intervention to children with developmental delays.  No experience is necessary and all training is provided by ABA BEARS.

Full-time and part-time positions are available throughout the year across all of our sites.  We provide employment opportunities in Bakersfield, the Inland Empire, and North Los Angeles County.


Lead Therapists & Program Supervisors
